In 2022-2023, the international student population at US colleges and universities boomed. An increase of 12% across the board means more international students than ever before are seeking higher education in the United States. Some speculate that as college enrollment continues to decline due to a declining birth rate, an increase in interest in the trades, and the ever-increasing price of tuition, universities will seek out more international students to fill their ranks. However, we at Aristotle Circle speculate that the top colleges and universities in the US will mostly maintain the same percentage of international students, as these schools continue to break records year after year with the number of applications they receive.
