An increase of 12% across the board means more international students than ever before are seeking higher education in the United States. Some speculate that as college enrollment continues to decline due to a declining birth rate, an increase in interest in the trades, and the ever-increasing price of tuition, universities will seek out more international students to fill their ranks.
